Offering a comprehensive look at some of the greatest examples of the art of our time, the Museum's collection includes painting and sculpture, drawings, prints and illustrated books, architecture and design, photography, and film

A full calendar of permanent and changing exhibitions is offered for the enjoyment of individuals, families, and groups throughout the year.

A few representative exhibitions include: John Heartfield Photomontages, from the 1930's by one of the medium's inventors; Latin American Artists of the 20th Century, the most extensive overview of modern Latin American art ever assembled; Projects: Ready-made Identities, a thematic exhibition on clothing and identity, presenting works by six artists.

While there are no formal school programs, a group visit to the galleries is an inspiring experience for students from Junior High School and up.

Museum Lecturers are available, for a fee, to guide groups of twenty or fewer students or adults through the permanent collections or special exhibitions. A Slide Lecture is also available, as are Guided Tours in many different languages.

Groups should be 6th grade or higher and consist of ten to fifty people.

Individual children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hours: Open every day, 10:30am - 5:30pm, until 8pm on Friday. Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas.
