This great museum offers exciting activities for kids from around 3 to 8 years old. Children love to do things, and Childventure has created hands-on exhibits designed around thematic environments that develop interest through fun. Exhibits include artifacts from a wide variety of cultures, helping to expand children's view of our world.

Creative Playspaces and state-of-the-art Video Play are just two of the attractions here that will challenge imagination and encourage discovery. And Museum staff conduct ongoing activities that children can join in on.

Each month a variety of special activities provides something new for everyone. Some of these activities reflect a holiday or special occasion. For instance, Valentine's Day Fun features Valentine's Day stories and making a valentine. Puzzle Workshop works with an exhibit called "Dolls and Toys from Around the World" to focus on the international appeal of puzzles. Children make their own puzzle to take home. Call for a current newsletter to see what's happening next.

Birthday Parties? You bet! Museum staff will supervise a great 90-minute party in this unique museum atmosphere for a very reasonable fee. Includes cake, beverages, invitations, and special entertainment and activities.
