Brandywine Scenic Railway

Chester County offers some of the most beautiful scenery around. Enjoy it in the splendor of a classic 1924 Pullman passenger coach as an old diesel carries you along the rolling countryside of the Brandywine River.

Groups have the option of chartering a 1971 caboose that once belonged to the B&O Railroad, or combining a great rail excursion with a day of canoeing or tubing the Brandywine. For groups, excellent Train - Canoe - Barbecue packages can be arranged.

All trains depart from the Northbrook Canoe Company, and the round trip takes about an hour.
